At New Recoup, our mission is to bring personalized, high-quality massage care directly to our clients’ homes, making healing, recovery, and wellness more accessible, comfortable, and convenient. Through skilled, compassionate care, we tailor every session to each client’s unique needs—whether they are recovering from surgery, managing pain, navigating pregnancy or postpartum, improving physical performance, or simply needing time to restore and recharge. Our goal is to provide more than a massage. We strive to create a trusted wellness experience where every client feels heard, cared for, and supported on their journey toward feeling and moving better.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At New Recoup, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to the full service fee. No-shows are also subject to the full appointment charge. Because our therapists reserve dedicated time for each client and travel directly to your home, last-minute cancellations can be difficult to refill. We understand that true emergencies can happen, and these situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. By booking an appointment with New Recoup, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
